On his right forearm, about an inch away from his elbow, and down is not a natural arm, but a mechanical one (not that his inner workings aren't mechanical, but it's visibly so in this case,) and is carefully fitted to mimic the natural movements of the real thing.*
As a Hybrid Child, he has a retractable plug-bearing cord that can be pulled from the back of his neck. It's visible, and particularly sensitive to stimulation.
